Diagnostic and therapeutic airway procedures performed by Dr. Ajit Yadav, without a referral chain. Procedures are scheduled after the consultation.
The procedures below are performed by Dr. Ajit Yadav himself at Vaayu Care, Rewari. Each one is arranged after a consultation, once it is clear what question the test needs to answer — a procedure is never the starting point.
Most are day-case: you come in, the procedure is done under local anaesthetic with light sedation, and you go home the same day with someone to accompany you. Flexible bronchoscopy and EBUS look inside the airways and sample lymph nodes for lung cancer staging; medical thoracoscopy examines the lining of the lung when fluid keeps collecting; airway stenting reopens a narrowed windpipe; and a sleep study with CPAP setup or allergy testing answers the questions behind snoring, daytime sleepiness and seasonal symptoms.
You will be told beforehand what to expect, how long it takes, and what the recovery involves.

Every procedure begins with a consultation. Your history, examination and existing reports decide whether a procedure is needed at all, and which one answers the question.
- You will be told why the procedure is being recommended, what it involves and what the risks are, before you consent.
- Fasting instructions and medication changes — particularly blood thinners — are given in advance.
- Most diagnostic procedures are done under sedation as day cases; bring someone with you to travel home.
- Reports are explained at the follow-up visit, and digital copies can be sent to your phone.
