Who we are
This website, vaayucare.com, is run by Vaayu Care, the clinical practice of Dr. Ajit Yadav, at Opp. Red Cross Society, Ambedkar Chowk, Krishna Nagar, Rewari, Haryana 123401. Vaayu Care decides how the information described on this page is used, and is responsible for it.
What we collect, and why
Appointment requests and call-back forms. Your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), the clinic location you choose and your message. We use these only to contact you about the appointment you asked for.
Online booking. Your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), age, gender, the reason for your visit, any message, and the date and time you choose. We use these to hold your slot, give you a booking reference and QR ticket, and prepare for your consultation.
What you tell us about your health. The reason for your visit and anything you write about your symptoms is health information. We use it only for your care.
Booking for someone else. If you book for a child or another family member, please make sure you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission.
Security information. With each form we record the IP address it came from and the time it was sent, so that we can block misuse and automated spam.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, stores this website and the forms you send on its servers, on our behalf.
- Messages. If we send you a booking confirmation or reminder by SMS, WhatsApp or email, it is delivered through a messaging provider acting for us.
- Payments. If online payment is offered and you choose to pay, the payment is handled by Razorpay. Card and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information where the law or a lawful order requires us to.
Medical records
Clinical records made during a consultation — examination findings, test results and prescriptions — are kept separately from this website and treated as confidential medical information.
Cookies
This site sets only these cookies of its own:
- vaayucms — a session cookie. It is set when you use a form, to protect the form against forgery, and in the clinic's staff area, to keep a login signed in. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- vc_lang — remembers whether you chose English or Hindi, for one year.
It also uses Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (named _ga) to count visits and see which pages are read. It tells us how the site is used, not who you are.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, except that forms need the session cookie to be sent.
Content from other companies
Some parts of the site show content served by other companies. When that content loads, the company receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:
- Instagram (Meta) — the clinic's Instagram posts on the homepage. They load only when you scroll down to them.
- Google Maps — the map on the contact page.
- YouTube or Vimeo — any video on the site. A video loads only when you press play, and YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced mode.
The site's own text, images and fonts are served from our server.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests and booking details for as long as we need them to arrange and provide your care and to keep a record of it. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us:
- what personal information we hold about you, and how we use it;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to delete it, where we no longer need it for your care and are not required by law to keep it;
- to stop using it where you had given consent — for example, to stop contacting you.
You can also nominate someone to make these requests for you if you are unable to.
To make a request or raise a concern, call the clinic on 8563816000 or write to us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection. The clinic's staff area is open only to named accounts with their own passwords, and what is done there is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
